One of the hallmarks of leadership in the AI age is "high-tech, high-touch"!
Face-to-face will only grow in importance and impact.

The manner, the method and the matter will all be crucial for leaders - and for those they invite to help them succeed - in their approach to their people and in leading the interactions BETWEEN their people and other resources who/which can help them.
It's one of the reasons I believe that Keynote Speaking, workshops, the spoken word - in person - are more important than ever. Not less.
And that's one of the reasons why I seek to help people develop greater power and clarity in their leadership, their strategy and their daily behaviour. I do it through my speaking, workshops, consulting and in my coaching.
